Customer Service and Call Center Manager

Semprae Laboratories, Inc. markets women’s sexual health and well-being products that will be primarily available through direct sales and online, with some retail and etail distribution.

We are seeking an experienced, mature Customer Service Manager (CSM) to build and manage a small team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) in a new Call Center environment.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a high energy individual who understands what it takes to drive customer satisfaction and enjoys working in a start-up environment.  As the CSM, you will develop and implement Call Center guidelines, processes, and metrics while working with the Management Team to ensure the highest level of customer retention and loyalty.

You must have a minimum of 3 years experience as a Call Center leader with a proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and loyalty.  We expect you to have knowledge of call center technology and telephony and experience leveraging Web-based technologies to scale the Contact Center, such as Live Chat, solutions knowledge base, Web-based training, Idea Exchange (blogs, discussion boards), etc.  We require a Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Communications, or a related field.
